We currently ship to: Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
We do not accept returns on opened or used products. This policy protects both our business and the integrity of the product, as opened bottles cannot be resold.
If for any reason an order is returned to us, a restocking fee will be charged. You will be refunded minus shipping costs and the restocking fee.
If you need to cancel your order, contact us before it ships and we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. Life happens — court dates change, jobs accept other tests — and we understand. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If your package does not arrive, we will work with you and USPS to track it. All domestic orders include insurance. In urgent cases — especially when timing matters for your test — we will do our best to send a replacement to help you get what you need on time.

Replacement shipping costs:

- Video showing you opening the unopened shampoo bottle with the seal clearly visible
- Video of you performing every step of the Macujo Method correctly
- Clear before-and-after lab test results with dates visible
Email everything to support@advancedtoxincleanse.com within 30 days of delivery. Fraudulent or incomplete submissions will be denied. All decisions are final.
