Shipping Policy

We ship fast and reliably so you get your order in time for your cleanse. All Shipping times are Business Days and exclude Sunday / Holidays 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

•  Free 3–7 Day Priority Shipping on all orders

•  1–2 Day Express Shipping: $34.95 (additional charge)

Shipping Schedule

•  Monday – Friday: Orders placed by 3:30 PM EST ship the same day (excluding holidays)

•  Saturday: Orders placed by 12:30 PM EST ship the same day

•  Sunday: No shipping

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to: Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom

•  7–14 Day Priority Shipping: $54.95

•  3–7 Day Express Shipping: $89.95

International customers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or taxes collected upon delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

We do not accept returns on opened or used products. This policy protects both our business and the integrity of the product, as opened bottles cannot be resold.

If for any reason an order is returned to us there will be a charge a $45 restocking fee.

You will be refunded minus shipping costs, and restocking fee. 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, simply contact us before it ships and we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. Life happens — we understand.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package does not arrive, we will work with you and USPS to track it. All domestic orders include insurance. In urgent cases (especially when timing matters for your test), we will do our best to send a replacement to help you get what you need on time.

If you follow our exact Step-by-Step Macujo Method instructions (minimum 5 full washes) and still do not pass your hair follicle test, we will send you a free replacement 8 oz bottle of Advanced Toxin Cleanse. You only pay shipping:

•  Domestic (US): $14.95

•  International: $49.95

To qualify for the free replacement, you must provide:

•  Video showing you opening the unopened shampoo bottle (seal clearly visible)

•  Video of you performing every step of the Macujo Method correctly

•  Clear before-and-after lab test results (dates must be visible)

All claims must be emailed to support@advancedtoxincleanse.com within 30 days of delivery. Fraudulent or incomplete submissions will be denied. All decisions are final.
