Step-by-Step Directions
Macujo Method hair detox on the left — Rapid Cleanse drink mix on the right. Follow each protocol carefully for best results.
Macujo Method
Using Advanced Toxin Cleanse shampoo. Perform the full protocol a minimum of 5 times before your test.
First Wash ATC Shampoo
Wash hair thoroughly with Advanced Toxin Cleanse shampoo (with Propylene Glycol). Rinse well and towel dry.
Baking Soda Paste
Mix warm water and baking soda to a gravy-like consistency. Massage into hair and scalp for 5–7 minutes. Rinse and towel dry.
Clean & Clear — Round 1
Saturate entire head with Clean & Clear (or 2% salicylic acid). Massage 5–7 min. Wipe drips. Sit 30 minutes.
Tide Detergent — Round 1
Small dab of liquid Tide, scrub hair and scalp for 3–7 minutes. Rinse well.
Second Wash ATC Shampoo
Apply Advanced Toxin Cleanse shampoo again. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry.
White Vinegar
Spray white vinegar over entire head. Massage thoroughly. Wipe away excess.
Clean & Clear — Round 2
Saturate entire head again. Massage thoroughly, avoid eyes and ears. Wipe excess. Sit 30 minutes.
Tide Detergent — Round 2
Small dab of liquid Tide, scrub hair and scalp for 3–7 minutes. Rinse well.
Final Wash ATC Shampoo
Final wash with Advanced Toxin Cleanse shampoo to remove vinegar and detergent smells. Rinse thoroughly and towel dry.
Zydot Ultra Clean Optional
Morning of test only. Use exactly as directed on packaging. Effects last up to 24 hours.

Rapid Cleanse
Bladder and urinary tract support in a portable packet. Mix with 32 oz of water and follow all steps carefully.
Mix the Packet
Pour entire Rapid Cleanse packet into 32 oz of cold water. Shake or stir well until fully dissolved.
Drink the Full 32 oz
Drink the entire mixture at a steady pace over 15–30 minutes. Do not skip or save any of it.
Urinate Frequently
Urinate as often as needed. This is normal and expected — your body is actively flushing. Keep urinating throughout the entire process.
Water Timing Schedule
Drink 16 oz of plain water. Continue urinating frequently.
Drink another 16 oz of plain water. Urinate at least once more after this.
1 Hour In — Drink 16 oz Water
Exactly 1 hour after finishing the Rapid Cleanse drink, drink 16 oz of plain water. Continue urinating frequently.
45 Minutes Before — Drink 16 oz Water
45 minutes before your desired time, drink another 16 oz of plain water. Urinate at least once more after drinking.
Your Cleanse Window Is Open
You are now in your peak cleanse window. Do not drink excessive water beyond what is directed. Stay lightly active.
Stay Active & Lightly Hydrated
Remain lightly active. Sip only small amounts of water. Do not over-hydrate beyond what is directed.
Hour cleanse window.
Drink 16 oz at the 1-hour mark, then another 16 oz at 45 minutes before your desired time. Urinate frequently throughout.
