We always emphasize to our customers that strictly following the instructions—including washing 5 times—is essential for success. Unfortunately, we frequently receive calls or messages about failed results when customers skip the 2% salicylic acid step. They often explain that they couldn’t find it and hoped the rest of the process would be sufficient.

Tide Liquid Laundry Detergent
